We have recently designed a new system to decrease the energy consumption from the pump unit. It’s a system that automatically turns of the pump unit when the system is not being used.

The system is called ATOP (Automatic Turn Off Pump) and it comes in two different versions.

First version is with a sensor in the top swivel, this sensor feels when the lifter is being used by detecting movement in the top swivel. When the lifter has not been used for say 1 min the pump will automatically be turned off.

The operator can turn on the pump again by using the remote control that you for example can attach to the cover sock.

The second version is together with a parking position. There is a sensor in the parking position that can feel when the lifter is parked and turns of the pump unit when the lift has not been used for a set time, e.g. 30 seconds. The operator can turn on the pump again by pressing the start button on the control box on the front of the parking position. 

The ATOP is not only a energy saving solution it also lowers the overall sound level created from the system, this is because the pump unit and lifter is completely silent when they are turned off.
